Richard Willoughby

Richard Willoughby is the CEO and Founding Partner of advisors and asset management specialists Lansdowne Capital Partners. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, he has held several prominent positions, including Managing Director of Vintage Capital from 2005 to 2015. Richard also served on the board of Land Index in Gibraltar from 2006 to 2014 and was Property Director for both Burgundy International Asset Management and the Alternative Real Estate Fund, where he secured high-profile real estate assets and attracted significant global investments.

Currently, Richard is developing a European network of film studios and tech hub developments with Real Media Assets SA through MUVI Media corporation, a business he recently founded to create a global brand in entertainment technology.
